Our Accessibility Policy
At Palmas, we aim to extend a genuine hospitality experience to guests and visitors of all abilities.
Although our three-story hotel does not have elevators, we offer four ADA-compliant guest rooms located on the first floor of the property. These rooms are outfitted with visual alarms for the safety of hotel guests who are hearing impaired. Wheelchair accessible ramps are located throughout the resort to access the restaurants. Our resort's family pool is also ADA compliant. We are happy to accomodate service animals. Please contact us to make arrangements for your stay.
Our goal is to make it as effortless as possible for everyone, including people with hearing or vision loss, or any other disability, to access information about our hotel and to book a stay.
